Ballangen Camping is a family campsite in Nordland with a nice and pleasant environment. We have several and varied activities and attractions for both young and old! The campsite was established in 1964 by the Wiik family, and has been successfully run by the family up to and including 2014. The campsite is owned and operated by the Ravn family, with Eilert and Sara as your hosts.

Ballangen Camping is situated beautifully located with a magnificent view to the sea.

Our philosophy is to drive a nice and family-friendly campsite with varied activities for both big and small campers from home and abroad. The place was named by 2001 by the Norwegian Caravan Club to Norway's best campsite, and has since its inception been a popular holiday destination among adults and children.

The area is child friendly and is centrally located by the sea, where you will find our beautiful beach area with boat activities and beach with beach volleyball court.

At the campsite there is also a well-stocked grocery and souvenir shop in connection with the reception.
